Approved for 45-hours of Sales Associate Post-Licensing credit

The GRI designation.

GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute), the nation's premiere professional designation for Realtors®, is earned by successfully completing an in-depth, 3-course education program.

GRI Course One, "Standards of Practice", offers either 45 hours of post-license education credit to new real estate sales associates, or 11 hours of specialty continuing education credit for sales associates and brokers who have completed their post-license education and initial license renewal. It offers credit toward the National Association of Realtors® GRI* designation, and it fulfills NAR's ethics training requirement for all members. This is the most popular course ever offered by the Florida Association of Realtors® through its Florida Realtor® Institute, the flagship education program for Florida Realtors®.



Doing Continuing Education on a PDA

The Department of Business and Professional Regulation requires that the 45-hour Post-licensing exam be closed-book. Therefore, you will not be able to print out any portion of this material.

How to take the course:

After purchasing the course you will receive a subscriber log-in which can be entered at the top of this page. The course consists of two parts: the course instruction and a timed final exam. All course instruction and quizzes must be completed before taking the final exam.

Successfully complete the course by scoring at least 90% on each quiz, and at least 75% on the timed final exam consisting of 100 multiple-choice questions. You must complete the course within 90 days. If a passing grade is not achieved on the final exam, a student can re-test after 30 days (but not more than one year). If a passing grade is not achieved on the re-test final exam, the full course must be repeated before taking the final exam again. There is no fee for re-testing; repeating the course is subject to the full course purchase fee. Refunds are not available.

*The GRI designation is available only to Realtor and Realtor-Associate members of NAR, and is valid in all 50 states.
